30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love Curcia. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price. This applies to your first order of each product, even if you've opened and used it.

How to ask for a refund

1. Send us a message through our contact page or email [ADD: customer service email] with your order number.
2. Tell us what didn't work for you. It helps us get better.
3. We'll confirm your refund, or let you know if we need you to return any unopened bars.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of being approved.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Your legal rights

If you're in the UK, you can also cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For hygiene reasons this right doesn't cover bars that have been unsealed after delivery, but our 30-day guarantee above still does. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different bundle, contact us before your order ships and we'll change it. After it ships, ask for a refund and place a new order.
